Illusion Knitting Baby Blanket

At our house we are celebrating the arrival of a new granddaughter!  Brigette Anne came one week ago and we are all head over heals.  It is time to knit a baby blanket!  Illusion knitting uses two contrasting colors and is very easy to do, if you can knit stripes you can knit this.     Steve Plummer has created several patterns to choose from puppies, dinosaurs, rabbits, elephants, and castles.  Pick  your favorite, its ok if we all are doing a different image.   I will be doing the Unicorn.  When you look straight at illusion knitting you only see narrow stripes.  The unicorn comes when you look from a distance- like magic.
YOU WILL BE USING A CHART.  Yay!
It is ok, we will get through this together and it will be worth it!

Steve Plummer's patterns are available on Ravelry here: Ravelry: Bundles: Baby Blankets by Steve Plummer.  Check them out and download your favorite before class starts.
