Koala Bear Hat

The little hat is a perfect beginners pattern. You will learn to knit in the round using magic loop and the three-needle bind off. There are no decreases so once you start it is knit, knit, knit. We will make the Pom poms too.

Pattern sizes are 3-6 month, 6-12 month, 1-3 years

Hat Circumference: 13, 15, 17, 19 inches

Yarn: Worsted weight 125 - 200 yards depending on size

Yarn Suggestions: Plymouth Merino Superwash, Alegria Grande, Rowan Superwash, and HiKoo SimpliWorsted.

Needle: US 6 and US 8 at least 32” long
