Spooky Hat Workshop 2023
Learn to knit this hat in one three hour workshop with Rachel. We will learn stranded colorwork and how to read a colorwork chart!
The pattern used in class is the Boneyard Sweethearts by Stephanie Lotven.
The pattern is in both written and charted form and never uses more than 2 colors at once per row. You can choose between skeletons and ghosts and skeletons and hearts!
Class Materials:
Boneyard Sweethearts by Stephanie Lotven: Purchase before class.
Fingering weight yarn in 3 colors, about 125 yards each. Kits are available!
Needles: Size 1 and 2 16" circular needles, and DPNs in the same size, unless using magic loop.
Tapestry needle, stitch markers
Homework:
Purchase and review the pattern, choose your hat size, purchase materials, cast on, and complete ribbing section to be ready for colorwork!
