Grimblewood Gnomes
In the depths of Grimblewood forest, tucked away under rustling pine and spruce trees, you’ll find the Grimblewood gnomes: an eclectic and kindly bunch, ready to welcome anyone who rambles their way. From Gnorri, the skilled gardener tending to the Ancient Oak, to Gnoddy, who loves a cup of acorn and chanterelle tea, here is a charming circle of gnomes to knit and befriend...
What you learn in our Gimblewood Gnomes class depends on the gnome you choose! Desiree will cover almost anything needed: i-cord, knitting in the round with a small number of stitches, sewing the gnome together, and picking up stitches. This list is not exhaustive, as we haven’t seen the book yet, but she’ll cover just about anything other than colorwork, which is needed for some of the designs.

Supplies:
The Gnomes of Grimblewood book, and whatever exact materials your chosen gnome requires.
All gnome patterns have both a fingering and dk weight option. You’ll need about 3-4 colors for each, and appropriate needles for knitting a firm fabric. Sarah's past gnomes have required a stitch marker or two, usually one removable one, and a tapestry needle. Please read through your chosen pattern carefully and ensure you have all necessary materials for the first class.
Homework: Choose your gnome and have all your materials, including the book.
As a reminder, before registering for this class, please review our class policies HERE
