Fall Yarn Tasting

In this yarn tasting event, you will have the opportunity to try out 7 different new yarns LambShoppe has brought in for the Fall and Winter season. We will talk about fiber content and why you might use one yarn over another for your project, and we will keep track of our favorites on a little scorecard. Each participant will receive approximately 20 grams of each yarn to use as they like and take home and a scorecard to rate their favorites.

If you decide to purchase any of the yarns in the tasting, your pattern will be free and your $20 tasting fee will be applied to your purchase. Awesome!

Supplies: Please bring US 3, US 6, US 8 and US 10 needles to class, or if crocheting, a D, G, H, and J hook. Or both!

Yarn: All yarn will supplied in class. We will be trying out Juniper Moon Farms Rambouillet, JMF Lumina, Berroco Mirelle, Berroco Iris, Lang Baby Lama, Queensland Adelaide, and Lang Infinity.

Homework: None!

Skill Level:	Beginner
Skill Details:	We will talk about twist, fiber content, and fiber choice for your projects.
Materials Included:	Class fee includes the yarn for tasting only.
Requirements:	Students must be able to cast on, knit, and purl independently to enjoy this event.
