Each year Baah Yarn hand dyes an annual LYS Day color and designs a shawl to show off the incredible hues. Although the pattern will stay a mystery until Local Yarn Store Day on April 29th, you can pre-order the kit in any of the three colorways before the day of the event.
La Jolla, Baah's most sought-after fingering weight yarn, is used in this 3-skein shawl kit. The official colors for the Love Your Store Shawl are the LYS '23 color in addition to Moroccan Nights and Lilac. We have also put together 2 other colorway options if you would prefer a more grey- or blue-toned shawl instead.
La Jolla is a fingering weight yarn, made of 100% superwash merino wool. Each unique skein of Baah Yarn La Jolla is carefully hand painted in small batches in their Las Vegas studio, using only high-quality yarn and professional grade dyes. Please keep in mind that the colors shown on your screen may vary due to differences in computer screen calibration. As with all hand-dyed yarns, each skein takes on a slightly different appearance (even when dyed together!) No two will look identical, which makes each skein unique!
